MarLey Rose will endeavour to process orders placed between Monday - Friday before 12pm AEST (excluding public holidays) on the same day however this cannot be guaranteed.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a consignment/tracking number.
Your delivery will require a signature from Australia Post therefore please ensure you supply an address where you are available to sign for the package. If you are not at the address supplied when Australia Post attempts delivery a card will be left to advise your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. It is the receiver's responsibility to organise the pickup of your order within 7 days.
Once shipped you can track your order through the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au
Please use the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation. Alternatively you can contact us at info@marleyrose.com.au. Note your tracking number will not appear on the Australia Post tracking system until it reaches the destinations closest DC.
Deliveries within Australia
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA - We use Australia Post Registered Mail as our standard shipping method. All orders are insured and trackable and a signature is required for delivery. Delivery will take approximately 2 - 10 days depending on your location.
URGENT ORDERS - If your order is urgent we offer an express delivery service using Australia Post's Express Post Platinum. This service provides you overnight delivery by courier to your door provided you are within the Overnight Express Post Platinum Network. Please refer to the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au for postcodes pertaining to this overnight service. The satchels can be individually tracked on the Internet and a signature is obtained on delivery – Flat Rate $16.00
International Deliveries
All orders are insured, trackable and a signature is required for delivery. Shipping times are normally 5-25 business days depending on the destination country. These rates do not include any duty or taxes that may be applied by customs.

Special Pre Orders
If you pre order an item it is reserved and ordered especially for you. Once your order is processed we will advise an approximate delivery date. Note: If items we have in stock are purchased at the same time as pre order items, they will be held and sent when your pre order item arrives. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations cannot be processed against pre order items.
